這是一隻很簡單的小雞，我是因為喜歡她的腳才鉤的，有人見過這照片後就問，為甚麼這雞長了鴨的腳？

A very simple chicken.  I like her feet.  But someone questioned that why a chick has the feet of a duck?

自農曆新年以後，手肘都有點不舒服，可能是筋肌勞損，所以有一段長時間沒鉤玩偶，現在好多了，就重新拿起鉤針。

這鳥聽說是最近流行電玩的主角。

My  elbow hurted since Chinese new year, so I didn't work on amigurumi for a long time.  Now I feel much better and so work on amigurumi again.

This angry cardinal is said to be the main character of a game.

黃金企鵝 Golden penguin

FreshStitches 的 Stacey用這企鵝編圖辦了一個團鉤，這編圖特別之處是幾乎全部只用後半線圈來編織，鉤的時候感覺很柔軟，很舒服。

This pattern is from a crochet-along organized by Stacey of FreshStitches.  One special point about this pattern that only back loop is used almost throughout the whole pattern.  It give an extra soft feeling during crocheting.

"天體戰士"的小鳥 The bird in "Celestial Warriors Sun Red"

在一個日文網誌（就是前幾天「筆筒」的那個）發現了這小鳥，很是喜歡，所以就仿了一個。這小鳥的特點是頭可以轉動的！

I found this little bird in a Japanese blog (the same blog with the "Pen Holder" I mentioned a few days ago).  Since I like it very much, I tried to create one myself.  One special point about this bird is his head is free to turn！

這是我第一次參加團鉤的作業，感覺挺好的。

This sleepy owl is the outcome of my first crochet-along activity.  I feel very happy with it.

孔雀 Peacock

因為沒有漸變色線，我將淺綠色的線拆開和藍色線混在一起編，所以尾巴顏色比較雜亂。

As I do not have variated yarn, I divided a green yarn into smaller threads and mixed with the blue yarn when making the tail.

鸚鵡 Parrot

這鸚鵡的身形挺大（不算頭冠約9cm高），我一邊編一邊盤算是否應該將比例縮小，要不是用了較幼的毛線，牠肯定比長鼻象還要高大。

圖樣是從 Bonnie 的網誌找到的。她的網誌是我找到唯一的一個有提供免費圖樣的中文網站，當中的圖樣相當部份是翻譯自日文網站的。

袖珍企鵝 Miniature penguin

從圖書館借來「超可愛手編動物公仔」，裡面有一隻很可愛的企鵝，但體型不小，正在躊躇之際，在網上找到一個用編織圖的日文網站，裡面的企鵝比較嬌小，喜歡鉤編小件東西的我當然不作他想，立即依圖編鉤。

完成後給小兒子品評，他立即找出所有不對稱的地方。唉！他是否Argatha Christie 筆下的偵探 Poirot 的崇拜者呢？

為何我喜歡鉤編小物件呢？

1. 我手藝不精，小物件的瑕疵量會比較少
2. 我性急，小物件會快些完成
3. 我吝嗇，小物件比較省物資

醜小鴨 Ugly duckling

在圖書館借來 Crocheted Gifts in a Weekend 這本書，覺得圖中的小鴨應該不難鉤編，就買來毛線依樣畫葫蘆。因為偏愛袖珍嬌小的東西，所以將圖樣按比例縮小了。

完成後發現因為手藝不精的緣故，小鴨變成天鵝的女兒。嘴巴和尾巴都是歪歪的，把頭縫上身體時也偏了。起初以為她有這副容貌會送不出去，需要在家中終老，誰知有親戚的小女兒一手就拿起她，要帶她回家！呵！呵！呵！我這媽媽可樂了。怪不得有人說小孩喜歡鴨子，就和鴨子喜歡水一樣。
