海浪花 Entrelac

大概是去年吧，在瀏覽網頁的時候看到一頂附有免費編圖的帽子，覺得很好看，就對自己說也要學織這種花樣，後來從其它網友那裡知道這種花樣叫作海浪花。

我在織一隻毛驢，需要一塊毯子披在毛驢身上，這是一個運用海浪花的好機會，於是在網上尋來教學視頻跟著學。我找到的那個視頻解說很清楚，只是織出來在方格與方格之間的空隙比較大，後來找到另一段視頻，也就是現在引用的那個，織的方法不會有空隙，我覺得比較好。

Last year I found a beautiful Entrelac Hat with free pattern while surfing on the net.  I like the look of the hat and said to myself that I would learn to knit Entrelac some day.

I am now knitting a donkey and need to have a blanket for him.  This would be an excellent chance to learn and practice Entrelac knitting.  I learned Entrlac knitting from a video tutorial.  The explanation is very clear, but the method would lead to holes where the blocks meet.  I then searched on the web again and found the below video.  The explanation is also very clear, and the knitting method ensures no undesirable holes.

棒針的環編起針 Cast on when knitting in the round

一般來說，環編織小件的東西都是用4到5支棒針來起針的，那麼多的針，那麼少的針數，對我來說是個噩夢。現在有好消息了，在網上找到一個教程，教的是用環針來起針，看起來比較容易掌握。

Usually, when we are knitting small things in a round, we have to use 4 to 5 double pointed needles for cast on.  To me, so many needles and so few stitches is a nightmare.  Here is a good news.  There is a video tutorial teaching now to cast on using circular needle.  It seems that that technique is easier to master.

鉤針加針時不會有孔洞 Crochet increase without a hole

如何在加針的時候避免出現孔洞？剛在網上學來的：

第1針只用前半線圈，第2針兩個線圈都用。

棒針玩偶的縫合 Sewing up a knitted toy

我只做了一隻棒針玩偶，那是一個很簡單的小狗，編織也不困難，困難的地方在縫合，參考了一般的網上介紹也掌握不了。

後來找到了下面的網站，裡頭有專為棒針玩偶而設的教程，很實用。

I have made only one knitted toy.  It is just a simple small dog.  Knitting is not too difficult, but the sewing up almost killed me.  Though I have referenced a number of web pages on the sewing method, I still cannot master it.

埋口的方法 How to fasten off

初學鉤織時埋口就是用線在洞洞縫啊縫，難看死了。

後來是用縫紉「行針」的方法在洞洞邊縫上一線圈然後拉緊，這樣子比較整齊，但缺點仍是一看就能將起針和收針的地方分辨出來。

最近在網上看到有人教埋口的方法，完成後和起針的地方一模一樣，堪稱完美，但當時沒將網址記下來，所以沒法將這埋口的方法推廣。

今天發現 PlanetJune 圖文並茂地介紹了類似的方法，所以立刻將網址記下，以公諸同好。（http://www.planetjune.com/blog/the-ultimate-finish-for-amigurumi/）

其實方法並不複雜，只要用線由下而上、由內而外穿過每一針的外半圈，拉緊後再穿過洞洞的中心點由球體的另一面拉出來，接著拉緊剪線。

繼續瀏覽 PlanetJune 的網誌，發現我之前找到教埋口的網誌也是她的作品（http://www.planetjune.com/blog/amigurumi-help/fastening-off/），除了教授如何將洞洞埋口也教授了其它收口的技巧，十分值得參考。

環編起針 Magic ring

環編起針我試過兩種方法，一種是一般日文書教要在指頭繞兩圈的方法：

兩種方法其實大同小異，但繞一圈的那方法因在起針期間也可隨意將線圈放大收小，好像比較有彈性。
